Passion for early childhood education
As a former primary school teacher with three years experience as a full-time nanny, I bring the expertise of an educator and the nurturing, individualized approach of a dedicated caregiver. I’m passionate about creating meaningful relationships with children and believe early childhood education is the cornerstone in building our future.

Care that comes with a built-in friend
My little one (born May 2, 2026) will join us most days, creating a small mixed-age environment where children learn and grow together. Drawing on my experience in mixed-age classrooms and nanny shares, I provide individualized, developmentally appropriate care while intentionally fostering a sense of belonging in community.
Our children will be each other’s teachers. With my guided facilitation, they will learn cooperation, communication, and empathy while creating a special bond.

How I care for children
Relationship-centered care
Trusting relationships come first. I love connecting meaningfully with each child, keep communication with parents warm and open, and build routines that feel safe and predictable.
Developmentally appropriate practice
With my teaching background, I meet each child exactly where they are at, with realistic expectations and activities that stretch their skills gently, never pressuring them.
What I offer
Day-to-day
- Full-time nanny care in Whatcom County, at your home and/or at my home.
- Age-appropriate activities focused on development of curiosity, creativity, problem-solving, and motor skills.
- Strong communication. Daily check-ins along with optional photo and videos sent to you during the day.
- Light child-related tidying. Play spaces reset, children's dishes done, and little messes cleaned along the way.
- Screen-free fun. Lots of reading, dancing and exploring.
- Language development. Intentional language development in English and Spanish (optional).
- Healthy nutrition. Optional: I shop, purchase, and prep your child’s homemade plant-based lunches & snacks M-F for a small weekly fee.
